When raising Tibetan spaniels, we strongly consider their choice of mates. Every year, we examine for PRA, even though it is primarily preventive, because there hasn't yet been a single dog who has tested positive for PRA in the Czech Republic. All the dogs we breed are examined for hip dysplasia, and we use only individuals with results of C/C (2/2) or less. When choosing mates, personality is also important for us, because, to a large extent, it can be hereditary. Our Tibbies come from the best breeding kennels in Europe and the U.S. Our puppies are raised in a family atmosphere - during their stay with us, they are well-socialized and taught the basic habits of hygeine. Naturally, high-quality food, inoculations, and de-worming are all routine. When choosing a puppy, we inform the new owners of all important and relevant information and additionally provide some basic supplies for their care. We like to stay in long-term contact with our Tibbies - we are interested in their lives after leaving our kennel. Even though we are proud of our Tibetan spaniels that place at exhibitions, the most important thing for us is to know that our puppies have loving owners and have a truly happy "dog's life" in their new home.

The proof of how we take care of our own dogs can be seen in our original Tibbie, Beauty, who is still fit at 14 and in our veteran champion Itanari, who at 12 is not yet prepared to stop exhibiting. In 2008, Pátan celebrates his 10th birthday and we still haven't been able to find one grey hair on her. At 8 years old, Happy End is the proud father of septuplets and is still very active and enjoys his training sessions.
